In time for DailyArt Magazine’s travel-themed week, I put together a world tour based on paintings by one of my favorite artists, Frederic Edwin Church. Church was certainly one of the best-travelled artists I’ve ever heard of. He painted so many gorgeous scenes on four continents that I genuinely struggled to narrow down my selection. (His South American and tropical landscapes are particularly spectacular.) That being said, I had a blast putting this little tour together. Enjoy!
